No cap bro, seen a few folks on private groups slide thru with Taboola/Outbrain black via old rep connects or “agency shell” method. You gotta dig or know someone deep in the game. Try networking in elite cloaker/skype groups. Most won’t talk unless you got creds or rep.

There isn’t a public “black” contact for content approval, you have to go through their official support/rep channels for Taboola and Outbrain.
