I also have Semrush account, but its Keyword Difficulty tool is inaccurate and completely useless

MOZ pro is one of the best tools for checking. I recommend it because MOZ has been accurate for me.

You can check by ranktracker by seopowersuite also you can use ltp platinium version

Haven't tried the Long tail pro but I also agree in using Moz its pretty reliable also ahrefs has a competition metrics available too, hope it helps

Semrush and Long Tail Pro are both good. Semrush is great if you want to look at what your competitors are ranking for and to see what they are doing. Long tail pro is great for finding keyword difficulty and competition but you have to have the Platinum version to do so. However, it is not that expensive. Another great tools I have used for keyword competition and difficulty is Keyword Canine. They make it really easy to analyze keywords.

For a keyword analysis tool i suggest Market samurai, because i just want to say it helps me a lot for search keywords.
This one easy to use like (look and feel).
