I've been down this road before and I'd recommend hiring a local salesperson from Craig's list rather than somebody from here that lives on the other side of the Earth 5 timezones away. Just my 2 cents, good luck.

He's right, what do you think these people are even gonna say to the business owner seeing as you probably won't even pay daily. If you pay per sale no one will even want the job.
