Looking for coder to build me scraping / database tools with regular updates

I am searching for a coder who can build me great scraping tools which connect to a database.

For example a price comparison website with specific websites i choose, you build a scraping tool which update the database regular with actual prices, we will keep adding more and more websites to scrape and if a link changes we need to update on that.

Also we are building statistics out of the database data for example, what is the current average price for product X over a time of 1 year.
