Hey, I'm looking for coder/programmer who know how to automate basic social network tasks (liking/following/...) using webrequests.
It's for a follower/liker panel.

Depends on what site you are looking to automate. Twitter and Facebook have a lot of limitations on what you can automate. I'm pretty sure Twitter doesn't allow scripting for following.

Twitter certainly allows automated follow/unfollow unless i'm misunderstanding what you're trying to say.
