Looking for coder has experienced on mobile emulator bot

Hi, I'm junior developer.

I'm looking for solution to create bot that can control app on mobile emulator. I have experiences with Selenium and C#. I'm researching to create custom app has some features like Jarvee. Like I want to send message in Instagram, it can't be done through simulate in browser (must through Instagram app on smart phone).

So I'm looking for people who has experience on this area. I just need you provide me resource like recommend some frameworks or things to make it works. I'll pay for this.
