Looking for cloaking FB ads

Hello guys, I'm looking to post some cloak ads on FB,
about the website that will be posted, I'm looking for someone who can guide me set it up from the technical side, with payment of course
my main question is how to use the Cloaker and set it up in a way it will work, I have all tools to make it happen just need some help with the process
