Just like the title says, I need someone who is experienced in google ppc and cloaking for blackhat campaigns. I am looking for someone to handle all aspects of advertising including getting the ads accounts to use whether it be your own or from an agency. Please be prepared to provide proof of work/experience and some type of trial/sample.
