I'm interested in Washington, DC specifically. I'm ok with paying / going with a VPN service. I just am having trouble finding any that are city specific. thanks.

How can you get city specific lists from Hide my Ass? They just provide you with country specific lists as far as I know.

I don't think they have Washington DC though. You can find a review of them in the Proxies For Sale forum
