Exporting CD/DVDs out of China is not the easiest thing. I know, because I am here. Why not find an online method, then burn them where you are?
I think importing them is way cheaper, that might be the reason

You want to buy game keys from China?
Most of them are just carded, good luck with them, they will get banned quickly ....
Bought some keys from China, all banned within 2-3 days, some of them even same day.
Contacted EA/steam support, they told me they were carded .....
And they were also carded by complete idiots, because wtf cards game keys directly from the publisher, so clear that it will be banned ....
