Hey
I am looking for 1-3 cheap VPS to run my new script
I need PHP to be installed on the VPS

I think any VPS can hadle my script, as it takes like 30-40 mb RAM only

I am looking for VPS with good uptime as I need script to do a lot of work for me and I need it running nearly 24\7

Can you use Amazon AWS? It's like pennies on the dollar, amazing!

Specific blackhat VPS, I've had good luck with Hostamus in the past.

If you can manage your own VPS , their are deals for under $5/year vps's at lowendbox (With anywhere between 64-256 MB RAM) . I am using a lot of those to host my pbn and they work really fine . You just need to know how to optimize your linux stack... Do it ones , resuse it everywhere and save money .
 
Personally I have found Sharkservers awesome, fast and cheap. Powerup hosting was absolute shocking with screen lag as i'm located here in Australia when their servers are in the US.

Hello, can you tell me what script are you looking forward to run? PHP will come by default with Linux VPS so that shoudn't be any issue.
 
Fine.VPS is the best choice that you have taken. I am also a VPS user and its run successfully with other PHP applications where i get the service from .Regarding PHP script you may not worry. Cheers it will happens once you install it.

Hey buddy I would say Digital Ocean is the best vps in terms of speed and performece if u can manage it and if u need an managed service try out Cloudways that provides Digital Ocean managed service at just 5$ a month and u can get awesome speed and 512 mb ram,,30 gb space and all
