What do you need the VPS for? If it wasn't for SEO tools. There's this company in Australia that is running a $1 Windows 2012 VPS at the moment. I believe it's valid for 6 months.
Hosterbox has one for $22 a bit more expensive but you pay for quality, they dont oversell I have a vps and a few hosting accounts with them and its been great
Is Berman Hosting really worth the money? I've been looking at a VPS for SEO Tools for a few weeks now and from what I read about Berman Hosting I got scared off and have moved my search onto other companies. It looked like they have issues with their VPS crashing and that the bandwidth is pretty slow because they oversell, but maybe I just focused on a few bad reviews.
Finally someone mentioned LEB! I run 6 VPSs that I found on LEB at ChicagoVPS. They are all OpenVZ, 50GB space, 1TB bandwidth and 2GB of memory. They are late model QC machines, and IO tests show a min of 30 mb/s, often 60 to 100. All for $7 a month.
For more consistency on IO, you can get a similar deal for more money at buyvm.net.
I'm running a site thas has a daily visitors of 10,000-20,000. Heavy traffic, cause it's a daily portal, with a lot of galeries and images.
I'm using a YourVZ for only 30$/month and it also includes an Anti-DDoS protection in the price, which is HEADACHE FREE
PM me, and I'll give you the admin's e-mail. Believe it or not, he has even waited me for 4months to make him the payment, cause I didn't have any money some period. He is the greatest admin I've ever worked with. He also gave me a week or so, of a test period for the site, cause back then I couldn't find any reliable VPS hosting, due to HIGH traffic and daily ddos-attacks.
