most important dealio is multiple url's
i like the buycheaphits.com setup but their service is crapola x10000
multiple urls 10-20 at a time and the ability to assign clicks per day to each url, unique ip's worldwide and im done.

I sell 10,000 banner impressions on my site for $10 and 10,000 visitors for $25 and I've always had a banner on my site since launch, I dont think Id pay these prices though lol
You need quality traffic from many different ip's if you want to be on the first pages of a search engine. The traffic should not be generated very quick because you risk to receive visits from the same peoples and this is not helping you. I use http://traffic.wtools.eu and i'm satisfied with it, you should buy a small package and see how it's working for you.

Sure, constant are all campaigns but you should contact them for a defined period.
1 campaign 1 url, you can choose small campaigns, each of them for a different url.
