If you didn`t solved your problem i can help. Hostgator is very expensive in my opinion, there are hosting companies here in my country that offer the same services at 30% of the price of hostgator. I host 5 domains for 10 euros per year and i didn`t have any problems(all webites tested with gtmetrix and have A+, 97,8 uptime). Bare in mind that Romania is in top 3 countries for internet speed. i guess almost nobody there its going to give you 10ips on a shared hosting
we for example provide each shared account with its own dedicated ip but this ip will be shared with the domain hosted on your account. this is ebcause of cpanel limitation (and almost everybody there is using cpanel)
we have an alternative using directadmin we can asign you 10 ips to your account so you can choose 1 ip for each domain while create a new domain account.

Try bizzyhark web hosting or bluehost i think they both have $1 hosting plans
I use ixwebhosting and they have been pretty decent. In the 2.5 years I have used them I have only seen one major outage that lastest like 5-6 hours and that was when they had a DDOS attack. One thing to keep in mind with these shared hosting companies is that if you start to get serious traffic to your site they could just shut you off in the middle of the night and tell you that you were taxing their servers too much and they will turn you back on when you fix the problem. Only had 1 write query and a handful of read queries but a ton of traffic. Happened to me on ixwebhosting when we had a major spike in traffic for a particular niche that I use to be in, we moved on to different hosting for our large sites but keep the small sites in the shared "incubator".
