Hi, I need to lower my anchor text for 2 of my sites which is pretty high atm. I'm looking for cheap links for money site that will be indexed fast.
What should i go for? Which bhw seo service is perfect for this? thanks!

low OBL blog MANUAL comment would be my suggestion, although some say that this is very toxic for your site. Done correctly, I think it is a safe and effective way to dilute your anchor cloud
 
I've done this before using GSA straight to my money site. Lots of people would say not to direct link but if the campaign is done proper it will work fine.

If you don't have GSA and need to use a service, make sure you're 100% positive they do things right.

There are lot of seo thread, some are for ranking keywords...Im just looking for some cheap links that will be used to lower my anchor text

Sape links are not safe for money site. Im looking for other type of links to lower my keyword anchor text

Maybe web 2.0's with spun content? Blog comments and virtually anything automated is dangerous these days. Hand built web 2.0s with spun content should be cheap, and if the spinning is good get indexed fast.
 
Dont use blog comments, go for private blog posts instead, see whoever provides them cheap.
 
Just try to get minimum 5 to 10 links from quality sites. Atleast get social sharing its better for current google updation.
