Looking for cheap (redirect/pop-up) human traffic..

I've seen a couple of fiverr gigs that offer cheap redirect traffic.. They offer around 5000-8000 visitors for 5$ which is pretty decent. I know this traffic will not convert. I know it's not safe for adsense(although they claim it is).. But it can be very helpful to me..
But the problem is, you need a credit card to be able to pay in fiverr. And I don't have one. So, if there's any Indian here who offers a similar service, I'd be willing to pay via bank transfer or deposit.

Better to get a credit card.

If you can't get one look into prepaid credit cards.
