Looking for cheap hosting that ignores DMCA for a forum

Any one have suggestions for cheap offshore hosting for a small scale forum that ignores DMCA

LOL ! Alexhost suspend my hosting account with fake phishing report and DMCA report from my competitors. Worst experience with offshore hosting.

This post is like a year old. Back then I pick Alexhost and for the price can't really complain but the service was terrible. My site would frequently go entirely down as well and emails not function 70% of the time and being marked as spam. I migrated to a new host in November and haven't looked back.

I only recommend Alexhost if you don't care about your website or it's uptime

its why I added the non-refferal link as well, choice is yours.

They used to do discount using referrals but not sure if thats still the case

Thread is a year old. At the time I was looking for it. I was looking for something that would cost $100 or less a year to run. My first host was Alexhost which I pay $10 for a yeat but after that plan finished switched to a BHW Seller which is a little bit more expensive but so far has had great preformance
