I am looking for a cheap windows dedicated server. Should have min. of 16gb ram and atleast 1TB of hard drive space, Intel xeon processor. Anybody knows of any deal then please let me know. Budget approx. $80/month

Check out reliableservers I think they have something at $60 for 16GB ram. But if you want Cpanel then it will cost a further $30.

Namecheap has single quad core, 8GB ram, 500GB HD for under $59. I don't have experience with their hosting, but this might be a good deal?

You can start and stop as you whant and they have cheap price.

What kind of machine do you need?

Those in red are also part of OVH - you won't find better servers, never mind for the price they sell them at.

I didn't know about that...

Looks good, but theres only a few quid in it (from what I can see) between those and OVH but with OVH you know who you're dealing with, you know they are good and they have a solid historic record.

Hetzner is a big company with 2 owned datacenters, there's nothing to fear. But yes, both OVH and Hetzner have great prices. It all comes down to network.
