I just checked the first 3 websites of that list. None of them is correct. I don't care about the others.
Seems someday you could buy .com for 4$ at porkbun. Nice, why did it get pricy...

It's quite not possible to purchase a single domain below $5 until the following -
- You purchase hosting also
- You purchase a domain for 2 years or more, then service providers might offer a discount for the first year.
- or You are purchasing something alongside (Like a website or something)
I got mine from godaddy.

Sometimes the promo codes are not working properly. GoDaddy is becoming unbearable with every year. You can try https://www.names.co.uk/ to get a .co.uk domain for free. .com domain is 1.99 euro only.
