Looking for cheap but good coder which can edit a WordPress theme

Hey I am currently running a cracked theme of SimplePress from ElegantThemes and I need to adjust it a little bit.

Problem 1
The header that comes preinstalled with theme is stuck too be very small. I recieved a php code that I added to my CSS file, which made the header bigger. However it also made the header very fuzzy. I need a new code that makes the header both big and clear.

Problem 2
I am not sure how to explain this problem because I dont know the right terms. But I will try, anyhows the text of my pages and posts are a little bit too much to the left part of the side. So it becomes like this
xxxxxx
xxxxxx

I would rather want it like
__xxxxxx
__xxxxxx


Hope you understand the problems. I am not looking to spend more than just $5 for ALL of these problems.

$5 is very expensive mate.don't give that much huge amount for this simple work.just offer 5 cents.��

I spent about three full days writing articles and then worked on the layout about one day, but cant solve this problems. So no sir, I do care a lot about it, altho my budget is very low. Please next time, consider all options before judging, it might not be as you first thought.

Why do you think that is? You can't ask for someone's expertise for $5. Do you go on to Fiverr and expect to get served by an actual expert? No.

If you want these problems resolved save up and then offer an actual amount of money.

2) You can do it by adding margins (assuming that I understood your question correctly) -> add a following line to a paragraph style in the stylesheet margin-left:10px;
