As the title says, I'm looking for cheap article writing / rewriting services.

Articles must be readable and grammar / spelling errors free so that they can be used for guest blogging.

I need around 10 unique articles and about 40 rewrites of those articles per week.

Please send me your rates for writing and rewriting (per 100 words), turnaround time for 10 articles, and samples of your previous work.

Currently I need articles about finance topics and astrology. But new niches can be added soon.

What budget you have in mind for that task. Cheap writers offer low quality so keep this in mind.

I think what you are asking for is an oxymoron.
I can get you some ok article writers for .50 cents per 100 words(assuming instructions are no more then 150 char)
But I will be upfront. The chances of their not being any grammer errors is zero.

Self service always cheapest way to get articles but it's very hard to get fast and result oriented article that you want so for that you can hire a freelance writer at affordable rates or use software like Alistpress. It has not been launched yet but it claims to help writers write in under 5 minutes. Anyone heard about it before?
