I know that most affiliate networks have CC submit offers but only a small part of them also have Blank Checkout / Blank Page.

That is why I am looking for recommendations from people who use such CPA offers.
 
care to run with direct advertisers?

I am working with flow network, adexico, ap3x. All of them are good, depends what you need. Flow can teach you to do some things if you need, pay every week, never scam me. Adexico have a range of different blanks, pay every day when you make good numbers, never scam me. Ap3x have the best payments for me, also blanks for US, but pay like a shit. I need to write them like every two days to remind that they do not pay me for last month

I see you're Moroccan as well haha. Same thing for Turkey, known countries became aware of this so it's better to target lesser known regions
