I am looking for Looking for card payment processors... Stripe or any other processor that can take at least $7k per payment.

Stripe is best for these type of payments. I have a Stripe account, are you looking for one or to rent one?
 
Do you mean $7k per day? Or $7k per week? Or $7k per month?

You can try Authorize.Net, they are part of Vista, especially if you are in the USA or Canada.
 
Stripe is enough for you, but don't be surprised if they retain part of your money, since it's a high ticket product
