Depends on your network and offer.
There should be an allowed list on your dating offer. See if poptraffic is allowed

It’s really difficult to get exclusive direct sources if you are a newbie.
Your best option will be to choose several Networks, for example, TrafficJunky and ExoClick.
Start running small campaigns, test, analyze, and then decide what to do next.
