looking for business listing tools

looking to list business listings in 100+ local citation websites (directories)
included Website, Address, Phone Number, Business name etc...

i will pay for a program or a programmer who can make it.
i dont want any1 to make the listings for me.
im looking to have a program doing it for me.

As far as I know there are issues to doing this. A lot of those sites actively do things to combat the use of bots posting to their sites. Every program I've seen written for this usually dies shortly thereafter. You would probably need someone to update the program periodically to keep it working.

At least that has been my experience when dealing with this same issue in the past.
