Looking for BulletProof VPN (OpenVPN)?

I'm looking for a bulletproof VPN. I'm looking for something stable and long term. It can be a shared IP or dedicated IP. I Just need to make sure it's bullet proof.

Anyone know where I can get on setup at?

I've been using strongvpn. They have lots of servers and options, including encryption up to 2048 bit! I have had some problems with maintaining a long term connection, but I have no way of knowing if its the vpn or my isp.

They are not bullet proof .

StrongVPN has started bandwidth capping me, even though they say unlimited bandwidth.

Looking for a new VPN service that will allow large bandwidth usage, cost does not matter.

Depends on your definition of bp. Different types of traffic will receive respective amounts of heat from LE.
