Sorry im kinda new on this, what I mean is a realible provider so I can resell it to sub-sellers, I’m focusing on that and avoiding to deal with end customers to avoid spending resources on customer service and support

You are trying to be a reseller and you need Master Reseller option available on your panel from whom you get it, to be able to create resellers and let them have their own sub-resellers. This cascade feature is known as Master Reseller.
Choosing to deal with resellers is absolutely the right choice.
