Looking for Bulk Tweets from different accounts to a specific account

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for someone that has a lot of twitter accounts that can tweet and retweet a specific message to another twitter account( Minimum 500 tweets) . So for Example:

Twitter Account A will post a specific tweet geared at Twitter Account B
Twitter Account C will either retweet or tweet a similar message to Twitter account B
Twitter Account D will either retweet or tweet a similar message to Twitter account B
