Looking for Bulk Mailers w/ Dating Data

I am about to secure a private cams offer that will probably boast an EPC of higher than $0.50 and I am currently getting a Skype chatbot coded. I had experience great success using a yahoo messenger chatbot... with an EPC of $0.50 average, but I'm certain that a Skype chatbot can boost the earning above and beyond. My only issue is access to good data; if you have data and want to work with me, feel free to HMU with your Skype. I would prefer it if you have a big network of mailers since we can probably create a private CPA network using the offer and providing everyone with access to the chatbot to boost conversions.
