As the title says, I need an automation bot. Somewhat beginner-friendly, price doesn't matter really , and i want it to work for 10k accounts - to follow/like/repost/view/ect.

it would also be cool if you know of a site where i can buy 10k accounts for semi cheap
 
Check around some SMM panels on the Marketplace section for it. Should be some working ones there also going to assume you already have the necessary setup to run those. There's also having a custom bot created for that purpose.

What are the requirements? Will it be autonomous or you want something like ManyChat etc?

That’s a serious scale—10k accounts is no joke. You likely need a custom solution or a high-tier automation tool like Jarvee or Multilogin with solid proxy support. !
