Yes. Ideally it looks like: open live stream, post one comment, wait 3 sec, post another comment, go to another live stream, repeat.

You could easily accomplish this with an imacros, not really any need to code an actual bot imho.

404 usually means that something was not found. File not found for example. So check so that your URL's are working.

If you simply want to make money, create a Disqus Bot. When disqustools dot com shut down, it left a huge void. About the only thing that bot didn't do, is wipe your butt and give you a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
Some specs for a simple disqus bot:
Allow you to manually enter your disqus accounts (username/pw)
Enter proxy IPs ( or load from a txt file)
Use proxy for each action (ie upvote, downvote, flag)
Enter a comment id
Specify the number of flags, upvotes or downvotes
Cycle through the action, using a proxy for each action, with each disqus account.
Notify user when complete.
Multithreading would be a huge bonus.
I'll be more than happy to be a "subject matter expert" for you. You could make a fortune on something like this.
