Looking for Blog Commenting Tool that can do two things !!!

Hi there ,


I am looking for a plugin / script / software that could do two things ;


1- Count number of comments on any page. (not the outbound links) but the comments.

2- Scrape the comment name / titles.

I have searched for forum haven't been able to find anything that does these .. so thought should ask you guys if somebody knows any softwares that does the above ...
