There are several BST's in The Marketplace but nobody is going to let you pay by results.

I had this so many times... even a company once did shot down completely.. no chance to get the money back.
so i only work together with a 50% before work and 50% after work style of work.. if i see you did it right i can also pay "before" the work in the future... but its just normal in germany to pay "after" i did see the work. its normal here, sorry if its not normal all over the world =)

It's super rare to find a company that will accept payment after results, yes you will find plenty of people doing that on Freelancer, BUT THEY WON'T BRING YOU RESULTS.
SEO has its own costs, it's not just a matter of adding your url and keywords in a software and voila.... it's more complex and requires upfront costs. So I wouldn't bother searching for a company that is ok with a payment after..

Not really.... more and more large companies (Especially in the UK) are going for the "show us your results and we'll reward you accordingly..." you set up a contract with a fixed amount you receive upon reaching the designated goal etc.
But these types of deals are NOT done on the internet... without a contract... etc...
