Looking for Black Hat Free Lancer

Looking to hire someone "BlackHatter" to help generate some more sales on my site, im ready to go for broke at this point, i took it as far as webmaster for dummies will let me, i dont have the time to continue to research and try new techniques, i need proven techniques that work FAST. The site is generating good revenue but sales are FLAT, i have an aquaintence who started same time as me and is doing 6 times the volume in sales as i am, HELP!!
