GSA backlink is very good and it can get you pretty good results.
But gsa backlink is blackhat

All our competitors are buying bulk of backlinks, that's why we can't rank on position one, they have low quality backlinks but they add 5,000 backlinks in 1 month!.

What do you advice?
 
I suggest to go for quality backlinks. since your page is already on first page, try to use trending keywords and update content. Also, do a competitor analysis and check what you are missing,
