I got suspended without explain.

Tried to open several accounts from several different computers, new ip's new names new cc's

Any credit card I add (from israel) gets banned

Have no idea why

Also tried PayPal verified and got blocked after 1 day

Solutions?

No idea, I have done the same as you and they suspend immediately. Looking forward to hear about the solution to this as well.
 
yeah bro, many people facing the same problem with bing ads, as per my experience old bing ads accounts working well these days.
 
Only old accounts may work for you
Because you will get that ban only after adding the payment method
 
Old accounts are working , i can create ads account for few countries
 
Try uploading a video to one drive that's illegal and your email accounts suspended for 2 weeks.

Another reason why Microsoft is strict.
