Does anyone know where can i find this kind of proxies with ISP name "Big Tip" ? They works pretty good for what i need. Thanks!

Looked on google but nothing there.

the have whole ranges of IP from Seattle and LA area.

if you better tell for what purpose you use for actually then it's possible other ISP would work too for sure.

The purpose for my case would be to have a semi-resistive IP. Or does anyone know where you could buy Proxys HTTPS? I would like to know, why when I use free proxies HTTP does not work for me.
