I’ve been managing a Facebook group (32K+ members) sharing affiliate deals and product links. We’ve done great in the past — over $110K in monthly sales — but lately, commissions are down to 1–2%, and it doesn’t feel sustainable anymore.

I mostly use Amazon and Mavely, but it feels like I’m just sending free traffic at this point.

Has anyone tried smaller affiliate networks or had better luck with niche-focused offers?

Interesting — I had a similar issue with my Pinterest traffic. Commissions were solid until this spring, then they just dropped overnight.

Switched to a niche-focused network that works more like a partnership than a mass platform. They don’t accept everyone, but they’re super transparent about performance and payouts.

Worth exploring if you want something more sustainable long-term.

Try niche networks like ShareASale or Impact. Better cuts if you go direct with brands too.

I recently joined the guys at medusacpa.com so far everything is fine with me and payments to crypto are coming
 
Yep, this is a common issue. Amazon slashes commissions often, and Mavely can be hit or miss.
A few things to try:
Smaller networks like ShareASale, Impact, or CJ often have better % and niche offers.
Direct brand deals (DM small brands in your niche) usually pay more.
Test high-ticket or recurring offers (courses, SaaS, etc.) if your audience allows.
Add email capture. Don’t rely only on FB.
