Looking for Backconnect Proxies DE | Paying 10-20 $ per proxy!

Hi Guys!

I'm looking for German backconnect proxies.

I have 10-20 $ per backconnect proxy. (Can take large amounts)

But I need Diversity!

Let's use some terms (might be technically incorrect) to clarify my needs:
173.78.47.18 <- IP
173.78.47 <- Subnet
173.78. <- IP Range
173 <- IP Pool

The overall network the backconnect proxies connect to needs at least 4-5 Pools and 30-40 IP Ranges. German IPs only.

I suspect only a botnet proxy network could satisfy my needs, but didn't find one offering Geo Targeting yet.

Been using their Germany Rotatings for about a month and they're the fastest ones I've had by far, cause I've tested both Blazing Proxies and ReverseProxies and the latency seems to be way better at Blazing Proxies (on par with their semi-dedicated proxies)
