Looking for back-end system that will support ebay and ecommerce site

Hello. I have an ebay account with about 500 items. I have been working with Kyozou to get them up. They have been slowly losing me with their terrible customer service. I wanted to do a website with them as they support doing both with one back-end system. But for their cost and lack of customer service I am having doubts.

I was wondering if anybody here had a good experience with a different company? My only interest is Ebay and my own website using 1 inventory/back-end system.

Also, I was thinking about doing this in reverse. Possibly setting up a site and then use a plug-in for the site that will allow me to add the listings to ebay. I have heard you can do this with Magento. Has anybody tried this?

I have my entire inventory with descriptions and prices in a .csv so I can easily load it in to a new interface. Any advice on where I should look to start would be awesome. Thanks.
