Looking for: Automatic Forum Scraper & Poster Tool

I'm starting a forum and I need a tool that I can enter a website URL forum and it automatically scrapes forum posts along with comments, store them.

I also need a program that can auto register a user on my new forum and use the scraped content from above to post a new topic in the forum on a time interval.

This tool needs to be compatible with XenForo.
