Looking for some sort of bot that can auto post in FB groups all day long.

You can do a Google search as well as there are many Facebook group posters out there. just be aware of your pace of joining new groups on new accounts so you don't do it too fast and get banned
 
I have tried all of these things but to no avail :( Can someone link one?
 
I think social media management tools like Sprout Social, DoSocial, or HootSuite might be able to help you. You can setup Queue posts in Sprout Social, so they should keep getting posted one after another.

You need a tool that optimizes the posts by the best posting frequency and the best time for engagement. Your account will be banned pretty soon if posting too aggressive.
