Looking For Assistance With Traffic to My Website

I am looking for someone who has the ability to generate traffic to my website through, organic SEO, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc. I am looking for someone that has done this type of work for at least 3 years or more and who understands all facets of traffic generation. I am willing to pay a monthly fee for this service as well as give you a commission on all users converted to paying subscribers. I am looking for a partnership with someone that is willing to work with me on this long term, as far as agencies are concerned don't want to deal with them.
