Well Mr. Observer, if your spectacles are good enough to read OP's message then you might have figured out that he has clearly mentioned the value of currency i.e. 1SGD = 0.74 USD approximately and not how much he will pay per article.

So according to your theory is he going to pay 1SGD per article?
