Looking For Article Writers To Join My Team

I have a team of writers, and I'd like to send some projects to more people when there's work overload. This way, we won't decline orders and I'd be able to offer some work to more people too, so it'll be a win-win for everyone.

Before sending a PM here or on Skype, I'd really appreciate it if you could...

1. Send me samples of your work - doc, pdf, txt format, everything is accepted as long as the article is truly yours.
2. Let me know how many words you can write per day - Example: 4 500 word articles / 2 1.000 word articles per day, etc
3. What's your required paying rate per 500 words? $3 per 500 words? $4? $5? $6?
4. If things go well, are you willing to join the team permanently?

I'd be happy to see what you can offer, read your samples & rates, and hopefully welcome you to my team if quality is met by both sides.
