Looking for article directories with PR and RSS

I'm looking for a list of article directories with high PR and also provide RSS feed for the article. And of course the backlinks I put in the article has to be ****************.

I uploaded an article to articlebase earlier today, now I check the article and the backlinks in the article has become nofollow. That is disappointing. So hope someone here have a list of article directories I can upload to.

I know about GoArticles.com, EzineArticles and EasyArticles.

any suggestions?

I've found a best 50 article directories list sorted by alexa traffic rank and PR, most of them are d0f0ll0w.
