Looking For App Dev.

Hello,

I'm looking for a JV Partner, capable of developing an iOS / Android app, either separately or more preferably using a wrapper like React-Native.

Proper legal paperwork will be provided, and expected to be signed. Prefer to work with someone in the US/Canada, will consider EU partners as well.

What I'll be doing:
-Handling all server side tasks(creating the endpoints, database, server management, etc)
-Handling business aspects: Incorporation, legal, paperwork, etc.
-Handling all marketing aspects.

What I expect from you:
The app(s)!

Most of the project is already done; I've been working on this solo for the past 3 months, and all that is left is the App development.

Please note: When you go into partnership with another member, you MUST do your own due diligence. All partners in a venture take full responsibility for the service and for each other's actions in respect to that service. If any member breaks the marketplace rules, all partners will bear the consequences.
