Hello. I have an adult forum and I want to improve my members or users. So I want to learn the best tips or ways for this and waiting your suggestions. Like that Best advirtesements, e-mail marketings etc... Thank you.

Advertise on BHW
spam facebook, twitter, pinterest etc.... with loads of pictures of willys and vaginas with a link back to your site :)
 
Yes, nowadays, restriction are strong on social sites and it makes hard for spammer to handle spam account.
So just use legal path, just don't use pictures to avoid banned from admin.
Also u may like to be PPC merchandise, and get loyal traffic to your website.
