Looking for anonymous offshore hosting

Hello all ! I want an anonymous offshore hosting for my website. I need one that will not ask personal infos and will allow me to host any content (of course, nothing related to terrorism, child pornography, pirating, ...). I also want to pay by LR. I'm looking for one that will not let any government (especially USA) take my site down or help them sue me. Price should not be more than $20/month. Thank you for your advices !

For *really* bullet proof hosting you'll pay $400/mo upwards for a server, and they still will take details, although you can give a fake name, but you're still traceable through the money trail unless you know what you're doing.
