Could you not just open a hosting account with different IP and fake details other than CC / Paypal? Or even use a VCC to signup?

If you have good credit get yourself a citibank mastercard, login to your account and use there virtual account numbers feature were You can create as many diffrent CC numbers as you wish for use online.
What most people dont know about Credit cards is that numbers are the only thing that has to match. NO LETTERS. Think about that and create your anonymous web hosting account with ease. That citibank card is very powerful. The citibank amex doesnt have that feature so dont bother with it. It's not fraud either because the purpose of the feature is to prevent fraud from happening to you when shopping online. The numbers are good for a month.
try and keep this little bit under your black hat.
